The city of Los Angeles is all the rage, especially with the craziness of Emmy Week upon us! From parties and panels to screenings and brunches there is no stone left unturned when it comes to the Emmy Awards. Insiders can finally relax and rejuvenate thanks to Vanity Fair Social Club, (V.F.S.C), for bringing pressing issues to the limelight.
Presented by Shiseido and YouTube, with special thanks to Big Frame. During the event guests enjoyed refreshments and drinks courtesy of: Santa Margherita, S. Pellegrino, Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Foodink Catering, Inc., and touch ups by Shiseido.
The V.F.S.C held multiple panels, discussions and activations celebrating T.V.’s best and brightest and the importance of breaking the mold with confining moments in the industry.
One of the highlights was the closing panel. The panel showcased young stars in Hollywood and more importantly women in television and creating roles for themselves. The panel featured: Emily Robinson, Yara Shahidi and Rowan Blanchard, moderated by Krista Smith. “I feel like what’s really cool with TV right now . . . is there’s so many three-dimensional roles for people who are not just white men,” Robinson said. “There’s just this level of expected multidimensionality, especially when it comes to characters of a quote-unquote protected class,” Shahidi added.
V.F.S.C always creates a safe space where bloggers and insiders can expand their creativity and connect, inspire, and grow with fellow bloggers and influencers. Stay connected for updates regarding the next V.F.S.C.
