Stagecoach 2019 - Luke Bryan, Cole Swindell, Kane Brown and More Kick The Dust Up on Day One of Stagecoach

Stagecoach 2019 lineup sure brought the heat! Literally! With sunny skies and a high temp of 100 degrees in Indio California it was no problem taking on the heat with these loyal fans. Headliners hitting the “Mane” stage for Friday April 26th were Luke Bryan, Cole Swindell, and Kane Brown. With this power line up the atmosphere was filled with cold beers, dancing daisy dukes, dusty flannels and dirt kickin cowboy boots. The energy was built up quickly with Kane Brown taking the stage as he showcased his multi-genre influenced music. Performing his hit song “Lose It” had the crowd singing along to every word. And even having some fun with his fans by doing a rock cover of “Gives You Hell” (All American Rejects) and current hit cover of “Happier” (Marshmellow). Brown made sure to thank his long time fans for being loyal and standing with him as he’s been working on some new music he plans on debuting soon.

Cole Swindell kept the festival energy going by taking the crowd to a whole new level, wasting no time performing his hits that got him to where he is now “20 in a Chevy” and “Love you too Late”. Opening with “Let Me See Ya Girl” had all the fans on their feet dancing to every beat. Swindell started conversing with the crowd letting them know “ If I’m not in the middle of a memory right now, I don't know that I’ve ever been in one” during his hit song “Middle of a Memory.” Swindell had to let fans know “ I’m so lucky to get to do what I love for a living. Music always been there for me. I just want people to feel the way that I feel. I moved to Nashville to be a songwriter. If this is the best song I’m apart of, I’m cool with that” before cutting into a tasteful version of “ You Should Be Here.” While having some fun with the party he played tribute to 90s country covering a version of Tim Mcgraw's “I Like It, I Love It.” Closing his set with “Ain’t worth the whiskey” had fans going crazy singing their hearts out.

Luke Bryan had every fan on their feet waiting for the ultimate jaw-dropping partier performer to shut the night down. He made sure to do that and more, by taking the stage with his red solo cup filled with drink of choice had the artist ready to give us the show we were all waiting for. Kicked of the set with party song “Country Girl” (Shake it for me) had everyone swaying their hips and holding their cold cocktail in the air. Bryan kept the fun going with his current hits “Knockin Boots” and “All my friends say” while showed off his sexy dance moves for the audience to enjoy. He then effortlessly turned things romantic with “Strip it down,” “Drunk on you,” and “Crash my party.” Not only was he asking the crowd “ How many in the audience had been drinking?” But he quickly turned it up another notch by bringing a bottle of tequila to the stage and having some drinks from it. While letting the audience know that this party was not over yet. Bryan brought Cole Swindell back out on stage for a song they had wrote together along with Florida Georgia Line, due to technical issues they were unable to perform together. Closing the show Bryan played his most anticipated songs “Rain Is A Good Thing” and “That’s My Kind of Night.” Finally saying goodbye letting the audience know “ This has been the best crowd ever.” Luke Bryan sure put on a show that was very well appreciated.
Throughout the day sponsor Bai made sure to keep the crowd hydrated with their refreshing antioxidant infused drinks while they waited for their favorite artists to hit the stage. For the fans who needed a ice cold adult beverage to keep the party going, there was plenty of that to indulge in at the Malibu beach house and Barefoot Wine swing located within the terrace. When it came time to get your grub on; Guy’s Stagecoach Smokehouse was the place to be. With mouthwatering BBQ styles from Cali, Tennessee and Georgia hand selected by Chef and T.V personality Guy Fieri. Some of those selections being “Martin’s Bar- B- Que Joint,” “Wolf,” “Barrel & Ashes,” “Bludso’s Bar & Que” and “Black Sugar Rib Company.”

There were plenty of attractions to keep the day rolling from the energy playground with giant seesaws, ferris wheels and a good deal of instagram worthy neon signs/statues, for those that wanted to do a little shopping there was Nikki Lanes marketplace. Where you could find the latest trends and styles of clothing. And not to mention the best brands in cowboy boots.
Many came out and showed out for the opening day of Stagecoach. Celebrities and influencers were being spotted throughout the festival like former NHL wide receiver Eric Decker spotted with wife Jessie James Decker. Engaged reality T.V. couple Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor were spotted at the Estee Lauder Arcade booth as well as Olympian Shawn Johnson East and hubby Andrew East. Bret Michaels was spotted enjoying himself at Guys Smokehouse before taking the Palomino Stage for an exhilarating show. The former Poison frontman played a handful of hits for the rock fans in the crowd.
